  • Please note that custom-made items are only returnable if there is a fault with the product.

Items Not Eligible for Return:

  • Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Personalized items are final sale unless defective.

Processing Refunds:

  • We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
  • Approved refunds will be credited to your original form of payment within 7-10 business days.

Return Shipping Instructions:

  • Return shipping costs are not covered by Modern Minaudière and will not be included in your refund.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items of significant value.
